thank you, matthew. i’ll be marketing your line of philosophical essay abstracts under the brand “Dick Notes”. Our motto: You couldn’t understand it any better even if you *did* read it, and really, who cares anyway?

fair enough. i’m usually a very generous reader. but rarely do i see an essay with such a low content to verbiage ratio. [even though that piece *is* highly important and endangered] in this case, the motto might be: You really wouldn’t find much more here even if you *did* read it… with tedious care. -MM
