it’s clear that march madness office pools leave most at a loss (especially the employers!), but what’s the best way to come out on top? it’s not enough to pick the winner. in most big pools, you have to successfully predict the outcome of most of the games.

some people pick randomly, some just follow the seeds (after all, they were determined by the experts, right?) to the final 4, some go by team loyalty, etc. what’s the best way?
