daylight savings

thanks to congress, it looks like we’re going to have two more months of daylight savings time. wow, those farmer’s lobbies sure are powerful.

    The chicago PTA is POed because of the concern of children having to walk to school in darkness.

    I think these people are OUT OF THEIR FREAKING BOXES! Start school an hour later, jerko! But NOOOOOOOOOO! School HAS TO start too early. If it doesn’t, kids might not hate it… and then we’d really be up the creek.

    According to some inside sources of mine, this evil DLST gezeira may become botul. (It presents problems to people davening shachris before work).

    It ain’t no done deal. It is being negotiated at present. I cannot be more specific.
