I'll have you know, Rochel, that the preceding situation about mom's playing tennis isn't too far off ..
their mom's all met when they were in pregnancy aerobics, and they were all born within a span of 15 days!
WHOOPEEE!

My comment won't show up. Okay, last time:
How long will the young adult authors insist on prepetrating the myth of the heterogenious group of best friends. From what I remember about high school, cliques were fiercely restrictive (except for that one girl in every class who was popular despite the fact that she was slightly heavy, unattractive, and not a pom pon, because she was childhood friends with the hot girl, or their moms played tennis together.) That pseudo-goth chick would never be able to ingratiate herself into the blonde hottie's life. To that effect, let's all hail "The Breakfast Club," the only accurate film account of teen angst and high school culture I have ever seen! "I have such deep admiration for guys who rool around on the floor with other guys." Come on, everyone, favorite quotes!
