Duh … they just can’t let us know about their time travel because they’re worried it could cause a cataclysmic disturbance in the space-time continuum. Some have hypothesized that this “could” must be bogus, since from the moment a person travels through time a “past” and a “future” individual with an awareness of time travel is created de facto … such a disaster must then be eventuated at the moment of initial time travel if at all. Even with this in mind, they probably still prefer to err on the side of caution.
