Julian Thuan at the Cinema presents: MONSTER-IN-LAW
Hello Tinseltown! It is I, Julian Thuan, the Child of Light and Beauty. Well, New Line Cinema has done it again with their new, delightful romantic/family comedy MONSTER-IN-LAW, starring the always gorgeous Jane Fonda and the delicious diva herself, Jennifer Lopez- or as we industry insiders call her; J-Lo RUN, don’t walk to see this light hearted laugher.
The love life of Charlotte Honeywell (J-Lo) is reduced to an endless string of disastrous blind dates, until she meets the perfect man, Kevin (a VERY hunky Michael Vartan). Unfortunately, his merciless (and I do mean MERCILESS) mother (Jane Fonda) will do anything and everything to destroy their relationship.
Wet your palate? I bet I did! The jewel on my forhead glows green for this cinematic wonder… and green screams GO GO GO!!!

I just going to have argue with you on that one, Julian. This picture is nothing more than a horrendous genetic accident combining the hoplessly unfunny plot device of “meet the parents”, with J-Lo’s almost signature lack of talent. From it’s very conception Monster-in-Law was destined to a fate even a Fuvormunarian would have difficulty manipulating- and yet, the spectacular Jane Fonda manages to make the time spent watching it a little bit better than a living hell. Bottom line: More Fonda=better movie
